Here's where I'm about to be REALLY blunt, again please stop reading if you're not OK with that or are feeling sensitive today.You can spend that 50 hours on the empty promise of "wholesaling" or "seller financing," or any number of other whimsical things, but the problem there is that so far you haven't been able to sell anyone on hiring you for more than minimum wage 40 hours a week, how are you going to sell a homeowner on selling to you for 60% of fair market value? 

This works OK for relatively static and simple investments like a private placement or crowdfund, but can become rather cumbersome and expensive with a more time sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as a rental property.

My sympathies to the family of the deceased and my best wishes to you as you navigate this sensitive issue.

I love that I can charge the tenant for it directly with just their email address, and no need for me to have their sensitive information.

When people get in a desperate situation they take desperate measures, and if they feel like the landlord is not sensitive at all to their situation along with all the rest of the world (true or not it is how they feel), they will often times be very difficult, and the eviction will rarely end up in a good situation for the landlord.

This indicates a sensitivity to outdoor storage, but is not a significant change to any procedures.All site plans, engineering, approvals, environmentals, feasibility, etc.. are part of the due diligence.

Saniflo is the one I've used but I'm not pleased with the longevity of the float mechanism if it sits unused too long, or the macerating jam sensitivity to any small items, grease, hair gel etc flushed.

@Robert Smith it's a sensitive situation but we have been there before.

"Agent not helpful" If the Agent overall is not being helpful, tell them you'd like to be released because their lack of attention to a time sensitive situation.

I think guests would love it if you can logistically pull it off, but also be sensitive if they do not celebrate Christmas.
