I can tell you we bought one that was on the larger capacity side of what was offered and it's awesome.  

What do the offer and at what cost?

Hey Loan, I get it—trying to find cash-flowing deals in the Bay Area is like searching for a needle in a haystack.I’ve been investing in Detroit for a while now, and it's one of the few places that still offers great cash flow opportunities.

Lease expire in 5 yrs but I don't see a renewal option offered to the MSO group.They bought this place 2 yrs ago.

They want competitive pay for subpar Work.  

I understand today EV pentration is next to nothing but in 10 to 15 years  seems to me MF that wants to stay competitive will need more than a few chargers .. if you have say 50 units and ony 30% have an EV U need at least 15 charging cords  and then you would need an additional parking area etc etc.. 

@Jay Hinrichs wouldn't eliminating Brokers decrease competition, and access to competitive offerings? 

Ultimately, STRs are like running a business and to be successful you want to distance yourself from the competition.  

If something pops up in the first two weeks, then I will cover it just in case we made a mistake and as an offer of good will.The stray cats are not your fault or responsibility.
