That might be one source of funds.Personally I think it would be pretty hard to raise money for fix and flip fund and would be hard for me to invest with one.....as an investor...here's what is going thru my head...may or may not be true with you...so no offense, but this is what goes thru my head.Here comes a guy who wants to raise money, (so he doesn't have money) on fix and flips...which is probably pretty tough and getting tougher in this market.
