As long as asbestos isn’t disturbed it should not cause harm or be an issue - from what I’m told by the experts but it’s also a case by case and the current condition.

More than likely, you originally bought the house based on things like proximity to your workplace, size, personal convenience, etc.

There is no harm in that.However, the only time the number on that contract makes sense for the end buyer to see is if you are assigning the property.  

I Don't see the harm in sharing..This becomes really powerful when using it for multifamily with the ability to value add.....

Testing is generally well south of $1,000, and I consider it a workplace safety issue for our employees... not to mention it is technically a legal requirement.
