Have you heard similar in your geographic areas?

The actual descriptions, ie "I have 3 3BR 2B SFR and 2 duplexes" would be ok in my eyes.

Craigslist has brought us every single-family tenant we've had in the past 5 years.I'll echo the advice shared above to make sure you have a good ad, with good photos & a good description.
