Why pay when majority of the info is going to be retrieved from multiple resources that you can exhaust for free.I just used a random home I knew the value on and went thru the above methodically.

This topic has been debated exhaustively on BP and in my estimation nobody has done a good job of explaining how it is NOT unethical to tie property up with zero intention of performing if you can't sell the contract.

He can do it, yes... but it's a lot of work that might normally go to a specialist, and will be slow and frustrating for one guy to knock out nights and weekends... likely, there's really no sum of money that will overcome exhaustion and frustration likely built in to the job.To put it in perspective: I run a rather large contracting engine.

If I see a Vulcan SS range I immediately expect a Subzero refrigerator and the rest of the appliance to be top lined.Functionally, I think the time I would consider a wall oven is when you need two of them, or you want a wall oven and a high end microwave to be together because you don't want a standalone microwave to clutter up your counter space, and you don't want to mount one over your range because you have that 36" Wolf exhaust fan to show off.Is it gas?
