I have not used anyone else so I do not know if they are good or bad in comparison to other companies.

If there are any other Commercial Property Investment Learning opportunities that anyone else knows of, please let me know. 

I honestly have no idea what the likelihood of this would be and it would require a restructuring of our loan to someone else anyway I think (which would require some amount of down payment - likely being another big cash hit)?  

If I just ran out and grabbed the software someone else used without knowing the reason for needing it, I could have easily grabbed the wrong thing.

I've also been revisiting my negotiation training to ensure I'm prepared for the shift away from MLS-disclosed commissions.I’d love to hear how everyone else is preparing!

Deals are made based on how little out of pocket the investor contributes (cash), and how someone/something else pays for the rest.

I have had multiple showings in Lincoln park where people scheduled a showing just to show up and ask me if we had anything else in the area that was open because they had lost out on so many other apartments.  

If you are doing a bunk, is there enough ceiling height to not hit your head (or obstruction like a fan), Twin or Twin XL, ...etc-------We ended up deciding that in order for our guests to have the best experience (After using the place) it should be listed for 6x individuals (pullout in LR messed with the layout too much) even though our property manager recommended 8 or 10.
