Sometimes it's the emotional side of things that clouds the business side of things, particularly when the tenants are nice people.

You also  have the nerve to say  "The general public is  mainly to blame for some reason they think  is something they can learn in a week or weekend.. " They think they can learn it in a week-end because the GURU's at these free seminars have told them they can learn it in a week or week end  and then you say "But people inherently are greedy and they want some free lunch"  No these GURU companies are the greedy ones and they are  the vultures.BGSure, If we "victims" are to be blamed for "greedy ", I think I have something to say...I seriously don't think I could possibly afford the education of 40K( I am not that greedy to want something I can not afford ), its those GURU'S " magic show" that really "hypnotized " and "brainwashed" those dream chasers with the believe ---yes !

Wish there were a few more options for sub-categories, but other than that it's great.I use Tenant Cloud for everything else with my rental business (rent collection, maintenance requests, listings, document storage, etc).

Prior to the purchase here were the values the sites reported:Zillow: $293,992Realtor: $269,538Homes: $232,700As you know, home sale data takes time to get into government databases that these sites pull their data from, but on the exact day my sale info hit the public domain all the values changes in a way that made them closer to the sale price of 245,000:Zillow: $288,905Realtor: $242,484Homes: $245,024So its hard to trust these sites are providing relevant data if all they do is simply chase real data.
