Difficult read, but it defines precisely the difference between Classical Economics (free markets) and the economic theory promulgated by John Maynard Keynes and today's left.

Straight classic!

All though they are some classics out there stick to the most current books for best market analysis.When you are first starting out money is very tight if non existent.

About me: - Graduated with a degree in Engineering Physics with an emphasis in Mechanical Systems from Murray State University- Graduated college and moved to Cincinnati area in summer of 2017- I work as a design engineer at a large medical device company- Hobbies: Building things/tinkering, playing music (classical guitar and regular guitar, cello, bass, etc.), building and flying remote control aircraft, kayaking, fishing, hiking, being outside in general. 

This is a classic case of a "wholesaler" ripping off sellers. 

Think and Grow Rich - A classic book written in the 1930's that outlines that anything that the mind can think, it can achieve.

Like you said it's a classic.

Another classic and perhaps the grand-daddy of all these techniques is "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill ... that book is over 50 years old and will blow your mind.

For all the media coverage and election issues concerning Donald Trump this year, as a real estate investor I must think back to the one great classic book he published so many years ago....Trump - The Art Of The Deal was Donald's first book and by far his best, it is a must read for every real estate investor out there who needs a kick in the butt or a confidence booster.

This is another classic example of what people say in podcasts and books etc that doesn’t really translate to the real world.
