I understand each city/county may have their own permitting requirements, fees, regulations, etc. but I'm wondering how people are making any return on their investment if it maxes out at 90 day rental.

There are some great properties on the market plus Tempe's city council is looking at expanding the rules for ADUs.

If anyone has any recommendations on what surrounding cities I should look into I'd greatly appreciate it! 

Please understand that what works in New York may not work in Cincinnati and vice versa.

There’s definitely some things to be wary of, particularly the Rental Registry within the Syracuse City Limits.

But recommend moving forward if your posting on BP be sure to include the city location of your rental.
