I have policies on my two children that will pay for their first car, college, weddings, and hopefully first house or a good portion of it.

I was at a wedding in Singapore a few years back and the gentlemen at my table owned 4 manufacturing companies in the US..

I was newly wed and 7 months pregnant living in Santa Barbara, CA.

My fiancé and I are currently living with relatives while we save for our wedding and first house next spring/summer.

oh and weddings.

I just wonder if they'll use that against me during the current auction period, which ends on Wed.  

The last wholesaler I almost dealt with had a shot of his new wife chugging two bottles of vodka at the same time on his wedding day up on his public FB page, with him cheering her on.

We meet (Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing, also my podcast) the first WED of every month in-person around NJ.

We are planning on moving to Houston in 2023 and want to build up some passive income up here in milwaukee to aid us in the move, our wedding the week before the move, her grad school the year after we move, and of course our mortgage.

Two things have been consistently true.  1- you can’t expect a lap dance at Church.  2- you shouldn’t expect to find a wife at a wedding dress fitting.
