Just saw the challenge...was out of town for a week, I' ll amp up the challenge for myself and average one offer a day for this week.Had one offer accepted by the bank on Friday while I was at a wedding in Fla, another acceptance notice in my email when I got back from the beach today, both offers were submitted a couple weeks ago.
