I certainly would love to avoid paying to have all of the tile removed, but I don't want to end up installing vinyl that ultimately has peaks,valleys, and crevices from the tile telegraphing through.Thanks for any insight.Monica

I am under the impression that if one has a property under contract and one has not as yet closed on it - which means that you do not as yet own it - is it true that one cannot advertise that property, i.e. advertising in the newspaper or other general public media.

Poor landlords with little or zero skills in marketing their vacancies get nervous when their rentals sit vacant, and the longer they sit, the more nervous they get and then they do the worst thing they could ever do and lower their standards and out of despair and hopelessness they become super marketing landlords and plaster for rent signs on every telephone pole, supermarket, parked cars in parking lots, on their property's front yard, in the subway stations, newspapers, etc.
