Spam comes in a variety of media, not just email.It may be call junk mail, crap TV (think Vonage ads), online pop up ads, or "a salesman's at the door".Sending lots of unwanted, unsolicited offers that you cannot perform on only clutters up the media channel that you use to send them.

You won't be allowed to rent back to the seller in a short sale, unless you're willing to gamble with the fraud involved, as the affidavits you sign say you won't.
