Does anyone have any insight on how to branch into government-commercial leasing or gaining employment with JLL?

Read it and employ it.The only thing I'd really hammer home is understand and study the market you want to get into-- meaning visit it multiple times, know the streets, get a healthy understanding.

Some employers, (when you're 50+) 401k adoption agreements will allow you to do an "in-service-rollover".

**Overpromising and Underdelivering:** In my experience, some marketers employed questionable tactics, such as making exaggerated claims and using high-pressure scarcity pitches.

I am curious to know what other marketing websites and strategies you employ when listing your rentals.  

If you go through RTR, I would ask to see the employment and rental history of potential tenants so you can weigh in.

But the other side of the coin your expenses go way up when your employer is now not paying you any bene's and you have to pay all your own health retirement self employment tax AMT tax etc etc. trying to do this with max leverage is going to be a long slog to replace a 150 to 200k a year job with bene's.

In addition we would like the flexibility for me to be able to supplement my income or leave my employer as we see fit.
