There are conditions that must be met.Also, I believe the taxes are higher in Richland County than Lexington County, but I don't like there, so I don't have personal experience with that.

I can tell you that being around new construction the past 12 years, I would say 1/4 of the projects we have been apart from residential to commercial will experience delays to MFGs out of stock, HOAs changing their specs, Cities changing their specs, Weather 2-3Xs budgeted rain delays, Subcontractor injuries and death.....Then Hurricane Harvey in Houston are.....WOAH  major delays...I have seen it.We are happy to be providing funding to DCGI's BTR community members, many have gotten their applications in already and look forward to helping the rest of yall accomplish your real estate goals.

That being said WE CHOSE TO DO THIS. so to the 2 so called "investors" who are here trying to slander us claiming we are "scamming them" or trying to convince them to buy a property under these conditions.....thats false as none of this is necessary to wholesale a deal and make profit......Over half of these investors arent even familiar with what wholesaling even is and so when they get upset about something that has to do with their property....because we offer to help them out....they immediately point the finger at us as if whatever happens to their property is somehow our fault.
