The current color is like a canary yellow. 

I didn’t have a large marketing budget, or any budget for that matter, so in order to send out the direct mailers I bought a list and put together 2000 yellow letters by buying the paper and envelopes in bulk at Walmart and then spending the next couple of weeks every night from midnight to 2am, after the kids were sleeping, just folding and stamping them to save money.

I am currently researching most effective strategies when creating yellow letters to test my effectiveness so I'm not wasting money.

Thats an awfully long time and is a bit of at least a yellow flag....

I have sent out 600 yellow letters so far my hand is dead lol I have a solid list of 1,000 absentee 50%+ equity owners in my target zip codes, I will contact them consistently once a month for 6-9 months.

All of my  examples were ON market, no back pocket/court house step/yellow letter deals. 

You can plant a yellow sign in the yard and inform about the scam, but I would probably not even bother.Leaves you with flagging the scam on CL.

I'm starting my yellow letter campaign this week and very excited to see where things go.
