It may indeed be a bit higher, I had to replace 1x6 beams with 2x4's per new code regs.The tile was picked out from a local tile shop - its a 12x24 "Metropolitan Olive".

My main areas hae been the Bahamas and the Virgin Islands.My goal is to pay cash outright and own the lot free and clear minus the taxes and such for the lot and use the lots as collateral to purchase a home to renovate and use as rental income.

Hi @Oliver Sanchez, I agree, I would expect a little bit different membership in the suburban markets as well (more freelancers, solopreneurs, etc.).  

., some good martini bars (oak and olive) moving into downtown bringing the higher end clients, but still boarded up buildings here and there....
