See it this way.SEO is not a magic mysterious gadget that no one knows how it works.If SEO doesn't work, there would be no internet right?

I have owned a vape shop for the past four years.

Tenants and guests shall not smoke or vape any substance inside the rental, common areas, or outbuildings.

Not having a smartphone or any of the latest gadgets or games or skinny jeans.

Eating edible weed doesn't present any danger, no more than alcohol or a lot of ding-dongs.I have rules against smoking and vaping, which protects the property, and I have a rule against criminal behavior.

Hello;First of all thanks for taking time out to go through my post.Many listing websites have similar homes/properties as well recommender algorithms;  my observation so far is most of what are shown as matching or similar properties to any listing have so many different things.Property is not something like Apparels or Gadgets where you can match some Characteristics and list them for similarity.

I vow to never let a tenant control me like this again.I never allow vaping or smoking of anything anywhere on the property so the cigarette butts would also be an immediate eviction. 

Maintain your own CRM - I bought Goldmine a century ago and many companies I worked for paid for all new gadget CRM but I kept my list my own. 

Thin walls, our bedroom is filled w/pot, cigarette smoke, they are in & out all night vaping, w/more loud talking each time..

I explain it.There doesn't exist a system, program, gadget, or software that can target motivated sellers.
