**Mobile Optimization**: Ensure it’s mobile-friendly, as many users browse listings on phones.Some real estate agents or agencies use tools like LeadPages or Instapage to create attractive, lead-capturing single listing pages quickly.

This diversification includes healthcare, with the South Texas Medical Center continuing to expand; education, with multiple universities enhancing their tech programs; and the military, with cyber command units at local bases.

Peter Vekselman himself is a joke and his partner Julia has no idea how real estate works, they sell this software and business model which leaves users in middle of nowhere and then they do not have a refund policy, any program who has no refund policy is basically a scammers group.

I doubt BP users (investors) want their information sold and monetized by BP. 

As a Banker my advice is to always have several conversations prior to and be very transparent with your Banker or Loan officer.You can use real estate to position yourself into a better or bigger home buts is like chess there are rules and you have to know in advance your next few moves. 

Would love for those to somehow communicate, and I've brought that up to Buildium as my user feedback.

I get the most responses and active users from their platform which posts on zillow, hotpads & trulia all at the same time.

From my perusal of what the software offers, it appears to be quite comprehensive both on the management and accounting side and the monthly cost is not excessive.However, I wanted to check in with fellow investors on this platform to see if anyone is currently using or have used STESSA and what has been their experience, particularly on the security, functionality, user friendliness and stability of the online software system.Many thanks in advance for your feedback.
