I grew up in Altamonte Springs ('87-04)  and saw it go from a rural town to what it is today, sort of a haphazard mix of nice residential, not so nice residential, run down commercial with pockets of freshly built/rehabbed commercial, low income apartments-turned condos before the crash-turned foreclosure havens that are barely recovering....

Plus anything else that will undoubtedly be uncovered in the process.Some good news tho is that the appraisal was based on it being a 2 bedroom house since the one bathroom can only be accessed via a bedroom which would then qualify as a den.

@James Green you an ask why she needs a service animal but you can require documentation proving that she needs one.I would also question your PM about why this was not uncovered with a landlord check?
