@Drew Poniewaz  I just mentioned a range of reasons why zillow and craigslist delete seller financing ads. 

If it’s going to be more than the one day loan we actually structure it the same as a regular hard money loan.if it’s a true double close, process is super simple.

Theres not really a good reason to go out and find buyers if you dont have a deal.

It is consistently ranks in the top 5 areas for real estate investing for a reason. 

I agree with @Michael Baum, are they true comparables? 

Is there a demand clause where they can call the loans for no reason?

I would say hire another you when your value proposition begins to slip (e.g. you can't stay true to your boutique goals because of the volume of work) or when the work is too much for you alone.  

Getting a good painter at a reasonable price requires persistence and comparison shopping.

My PM asks for ID as step #1 for these reasons.
