It's understandable to think a paid off property will "make more $" but it's just not true.

Hate to hear the guy claimed to be a Marine, whether it’s true or not, I have come to realization no matter the person you have to trust your gut about a person and this article only secures those feelings.

I regularly see promotors selling lots in beautiful communities for $40,000-$100,000 in Texas. 

True re the prior poster, re this helping the seller save their credit, if you buy sub-to you will dramatically raise their FICO since the mortgage will show on-time payments.  

. ;-) There is nothing false wiih what @Henry Clark said.Commercial real estate is broad - Office space, self-storage, Farm, Data centers, residential properties above 4 units, etcIt can be true that one part of commercial real estate is suffering while others is thriving.

But, in the end, a HELOC is great to just have in case that beautiful day comes where I get a great opportunity.

I'm new the notes world and frankly the 3-year locked in PPR preferred return of 12% seems almost too good to be true if they in 16 years have never missed a payment or failed to repay principal.

PS5, TV and two gamer chairs is about the same cost or less than an arcade unitThis is true and that is why I have Xbox in my cabins.
