Many investors in syndications ask such basic questions: what's your track record, when do distributions start, and how frequently do you pay distributions.  

We are extremely selective with the deals we pursue and who we pursue them with.... which is why we have the track record we do.

It's less about the time it takes me to conduct a transaction this way, and more about automating the process for myself and creating structure and organization for tracking purposes.
