Rose,Yesterday, I bought $165 worth of clothes and gifts at my son's volleyball tournament in Columbus, Ohio, and drove back to Washington, DC, only to realize I left everything in Columbus for some stranger to inherit.

The first 2 are very close to the Augusta National, which make them great rental properties for the Masters Golf Tournament.  

We have a very strong short term rental market here with lots of snow birds coming out Jan thru March and we have big events in March and April (Tennis tournaments, Coachella, Stage Coach, etc.).

Watched the RBC Heritage Tournament, and spent some time enjoying the island.Question for you--If you were to purchase a vacation rental in the SE (Hilton Head, Savannah, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Jekyl Island..) where would you consider?
