Better potential for current cashflow and you can definitely find discounts to “market top” pricing as you look South from Tampa. 

I'm curious which CRM's (if any) other management companies use to stay on top of leads and owner relationships? 

This will be the largest bond sale in US history coming up which on top of the debt we are also running as well - if we have so much debt to sell I do not see rates going down, I think they may rise (or stay around where they are at). 

@Jeff Nash would be a great resource to speak with on companies/investments to offset your W2.

On top of this they all must be in interest bearing accounts.

Listen to podcasts, read books, and if you plan to invest in the Netherlands find some resources that speak to that market specifically.

I will occasionally test out swapping and using RankBreeze to track any difference, but I usually go back to my favorite hero photos and top 5 anyway.
