Start with a competitor analysis—see what STRs and MTRs in your area are charging and their occupancy rates.

Do several deal analysis on your type of property.  

Utilize financial analysis and market research to make informed investment decisions.

That got me to learn contractors, negotiation, and how to analysis deals too.

. :-) I other words, Bruce doesn't believe math has any part in investment analysis. 

From there once a deal makes sense, pull the trigger, a lot of folks get stuck in analysis paralysis and I’m not saying don’t do your due diligence or be smart about it, but acting quickly and with intention will benefit you greatly in the long run.
