I have read a number of articles and books about the BRRRR method.  It is "marketed" as a way to scale up quickly, but I had a question regarding the method. 
It seems, obviously, that the method is strong...

I have tried to get on the phone with Tyler to talk through this with the hopes that he can make corrections but to no avail.

Am I correct that a condo, depending on area and neighborhood, could be a lower risk/maintenance investment for an absentee landlord as opposed to other properties?

Some IRS agents may still require filing Form 1065 for 2024, so be prepared to file for this year before transitioning in future years.For Question #3 on Form 8832, you are correct that it asks whether the entity has more than one owner.

FF is a must have in almost all markets but needs be used and thought of correctly as Allen and Miguel noted.

Perhaps @Natalie Kolodij can clarify or correct me if I'm wrong. 

We'll still provide extra but just not quite as much.Beyond check lists, getting stocks replenished correctly and consistently is really dependent on the cleaners and quality review.
