@Sam Leon Water dispersion is one of the characteristics of a Green Roof ;-)  It is quite possible the compost on your roof, and the matter growing in it, was masking the leaks.Termites are something with which we thankfully do not have to deal up here ... yet {I hear they are in parts of Maine now, so it will just be a matter of time and a couple of mild winters before they find the tasty old Second Empire, Queen Anne, Victorian .... buffet which awaits.

Let's say this kid has a snack while waiting for Daddy and uses the windowsill as a table.

Kill them with kindness, and when u get a deal, make sure to bring them office snacks, make sure they remember you in a good way!

Right now I drive for uber and I have a large snack and soda vending business .

About $5 per stay for snacks etc. $200 for cleaning.

Not to mention good snacks and cookies!

 #2 bring lunch and/or snacks and a drink.#3 you won't meet investors.  

A few snacks and a bottle of juice of some kind.
