Never given a chance to vote on this decision and never given an opportunity to voice my opinion. 

I also posted opposition a while back and it is very important everyone voices their opinion/votes on a state level.

What should my e-mail message or phone script/voice mail script be?

I raised my voice too many times and the bailiff threw me out. 

Like others have voiced, Bridgeport suffers from high crime, high taxes and low quality tenants. 

I mean this in the sense that if someone called it goes to auto answer with a telepromt that says press 1 for maintenance, 2 for lease and rent and etc... this way the tenant is able to make their voice and problem heard but i don't have to sit and have small talk and constantly stop what im doing to answer a phone call that in all reality shouldn't have been made.

Since there is no tone of voice in written word, please understand this is not a criticism at all, just simply stating that there are many REI avenues behind rentals.

So maybe use Callrail for incoming calls to track leads and then something else for outbound cold-calling like a cell phone or maybe google voice?

I am trying so hard to get in touch with them, but they are not responding to my emails and voice messages.
