Call the non-emergency number for the local police station and ask them who to contact to get information. 

Don't let me forget there are 2 military stations within 15 min from there.

I currently have a couple of investment properties in College Station and am looking to expand my portfolio.

Educate the tenant on how to use ant bait stations.

Within 15 min from grocery stores/gas stations and not near a lot of traffic which is really all we want lol.

Pros to this are I could sell with more money in my pocket than I could listing it, cons are that I lose my VA entitlement for 2 years, which to me isn't a huge deal, as I don't have enough entitlement left to buy house at my next duty station anyway.Thanks, and Happy Memorial Day!

I was in the military and bought a house in Fayetteville, NC since I was stationed there-which I now rent out...That was two years ago, and I have not made much movement to further my real estate investing journey, until now!

I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the property and it is gone, or you figure out something is wrong, maybe the legal description, or the address, or there is $100,000 worth of junk there you need to haul off that was not in the pictures, or that cool commercial building, that when you get there has the faint words that you can now make out to be a former dry cleaner, or gas stations, or lead smelter, or oil change shop or something like that.
