I wouldn't start investing in the US if you have no plans on coming back from living in China.

I walked to the house and met a man who says he was cleaning out due to the loss of their mother in some few weeks back.The guy told me she is  left with 12 years mortgage on the property to pay the bank.

I have helped quite a few investors dispose of their 2-4 units this year and they have been cleaning house.  

There is a lot of training involved, it takes months (up to 2 years), and they usually like to start them off as puppies.
