I could be wrong though, I can see rapid steelers fans doing a lot of bookings.There is a developing area within walking distance of stadiums, casino and major hospital and museums, but half are rehabbed and half are rough.any insight would be helpful!  

There's new development like LAFC stadium, new Honda dealership & George Lucas Museum but also property prices in the area are still some of the lowest prices in Los Angeles City, favorable zoning (primarily LAR2 and up), a lot of craftsman style homes, and the councilman is working really hard to rejuvenate the local parks.

Last month he convinced a title company to let the meeting occur on the patio at GlobeLife stadium while the Rangers played the Padres.  

Arlington has an Improv Comedy venue, Six Flags, Texas Rangers, AT&T stadium (home of the Cowboys), a Dave & Busters and lots of beautiful communities/neighborhoods. 

If you are hoping for this to do double duty as a long term buy and hold / appreciation play then I hope you have decades to wait for that area to catch up to the areas around the stadium.
