Guys -Let me reiterate that we don't close threads because members revive old discussions.There also seems to be a built-in bias toward not reviving old threads because they are no longer relevant or the OP doesn't post anymore.I'm not sure why this rumor exists, but I'm going to squash it here and now.Like I said before, we will only close an old thread if it is a dealmaking or marketplace post where the information is stale or the user is no longer active.

Point is, as you've said, rights are rights, even if they're not developed, and unless they're squashed by a particular police power, they likely have value to someone.

After a notice of default/demand is mailed out, the seller will not be able to contract on the property without consent of that lender, it is a notice of legal action and your contract can be squashed.

I have read through a lot of forum post about the topic of wholesaling (the latest by @Brittany Witt) and it seems like the argument of wholesaling being legal/illegal could be squashed once and for all by getting your RE license.With your RE license, you are required to hold your clients interest above your own by law.
