In my area there's a company that offers this but has a sister property management company so once the home is built the property management is already set up as well.

This will a lot of times trick their brothers' sisters' mother into giving up the ghost that they are not the landlord they are supposed to be. 

Have your sister/ best friend/ male cousin, be a secret shopper for the property and go through all the steps.

I grew up in that area and worked for my dad, who's a contractor, and I just started a partnership with my sister and brother-in-law, who's day job is actually home renovation.
