You could simply let them know that your schedule is busy and they need to schedule a time with you in advance. 

If not, then the path of least resistance is to simply adjust your vision so it fits better into the lot, as-is. :) A zoning change can take up to 6 months, approval isn't guaranteed (despite Aldermanic support), and potentially cost a lot of money (architectural site / floor plans & dimensioned elevations, zoning attorney, holding costs, etc.)

Hey @Jonathan Sanchez, a lot will depend on your area.If you are buying in a saturated area with lots of competition, then using an aggregator like Pricelabs to help make your pricing accurate is handy.If you are in an area that has less, then simply looking at nearby properties that are similar to yours on VRBO and AirBNB.

Being a flipper for the last 10 years (always part time), there is simply a mismatch here.

I'm not sure why not - one of the great parts about real estate investing is that you can build a team around you for aspects you aren't as strong at or simply want to delegate to someone/expert and do the others yourself - look up "Core 4" for example - where you can have an agent, lender, manager, contractor all at once for your investments and can theoretically just let them do all the interactive work

Simply fire them and hire someone else.

If you want to rent the place, it might be for a lot less than a year or two ago, simply because the number of folks looking for a large cabin hasn't kept up with the increasing supply.
