This isn't Nike and Michael Jordan and paying the NBA per game fine for having too much color on your shoes... this is pretty serious stuff.Unfortunate, for sure.

Asking for a 24 month term upfront will be cheaper than asking for an extension 12 months from now, and we all know it's not going to get done on time anyways, so that would be my "ask" in your shoes.

It’s hard for me to think someone would consider an offer at this price but I’m not in their shoes. 

Current rent for a 3/2 is 2200$ .Is it wise to convert the officeroom into a bedroom by adding a closet and then market it as a 4 bed 2 bath for 2450$.What will you do if you were in my shoes.

Thus, if we were in your shoes, we would offer the space to the candidate, but share that the house is going to be co-ed.

I don't understand how the people on here can post about how people who can't pay their rent are losers or they need to get out when you know I'd like to see them live in our shoes for a minute cuz they be shutting their mouths 

Hey @Annwar Zahrieh - if I'm in your shoes I would recommend going out to Philly and attending a couple of networking events to brush shoulders with other investors in the city. 

Most in your shoes want to move as quickly as possible and sometimes slowing down & being more deliberate will save you time and money in the long run.

If I were in your shoes, I would change my mentality to how can I convince an appraiser to give me more value to what is the worst case scenario, if the value comes in lower.
