The nickel and diming has just gotten way out of control and I feel painted in a corner a bit. 

I can have my clients give me feed back if you want to send me the address via PMAlso I got stuck with a few props there when my first balt client imploded ( of course i was in them at wholesale levels) but I exited with ASHLAND auctions and we recouped generally speaking.Also Section 8 there pays a very large amount compared to most markets if your forced to keep it I would go that route you can get 1600  to 2k on section 8. 

Hi BP Community,Has anyone here had experience investing in Detroit with Section 8 tenants?

I've bought 3 duplexes around Syracuse, 2 being in not so great areas of the city rented to section 8 I wouldn't recommend but I do cash flow over 1k/month on those I bought for a little over 100k.

U will need a section 8 inspection so hopefully the house will pass that.

If you’re buying turnkey, you’re basically paying someone else to do the work and hoping they didn’t cut corners.
