I scour Zillow and the other sites  from time to time so perhaps will find my deal there but an agent with some good wholesalers and other places to look would be fantastic.

They go to a weekend bootcamp hosted by some of the local ripoff gurus who teach them to scour the MLS, put in offers to get it under contract and immediately send them out via email via one of the guru's wholesale distribution list with a despicable markup.

Hi Patricia, I don't know too much about the different areas of Newark, but I know that if you scour the properties on homepath.com, there are some very low prices for homes, and usually a lot of supply in Newark/Irvington/the Oranges.
