I'd like the owner NOT to see the price that I'm selling at (no need to rub the 10k assignment fee in his face) - is there a way to do this?

The obstacles I face is 1.) finding a private money lender 2.) identifying a conventional lender that will lend on the SFR after its renovated and stable 3.)

I’m currently developing a 224 unit condo project close to Sao Paulo International airport, and a downtown renovation project converting a 80,000sf+ empty building into 201 affordable units.Personal goal: I’m interested in diversifying my portfolio in the US (and learn about it) and building a long term relationships along the way.

One of the first things I would do to find more local people for face to face is to join some of the local REI in the area.  

Seeing the disappointment, embarrassment and sadness on father's face is something I will never forget.

@Geoffrey JonesOne challenge you might face is that though the homes are technically TK ready, you yourself are not a TK company like many others are so some buyers might not feel as comfortable in dealing with an individual as opposed to say a TK company provider.
