You open yourself to much more risk in not being able to finance out of it and being stuck with hard money and those fees/penalties.

The shares are represented by certificates sold to investors for the purpose of maximizing value and lowering risks of pooling payments on fixed assets, which allows for increased liquidity, thus aiding the total market.

I am here to create a business strategy that protects personal and business investments and mitigates risk,  procure a coach or mentor, and set up tax strategies to create long-term wealth for myself and my family. 

For reference, we're heavily involved in the co-living space, which is an unorthodox strategy but can perform exceptionally well with the right property and systems in place.

@Jay StraderI'm wondering the same thing - I had an attorney review the contract & basically all it said was invest at your own risk.

Best bet would be a “partnership” with a monied individual looking for a high risk/high return passive investment with you providing the “active” part.  

You have no more at risk than you do in your own home (where you probably have more equity.) or your own car (where you probably have more risk.) and we won’t talk about if you have a pool or a dog. 

There is no stock account that gives the leverage real estate does, at as low interest rate real estate does, at as low risk/ volatility real estate does. 

I work on projects across multiple states and have a strong network of contractors.Regarding when to involve a contractor, if it’s someone you haven’t worked with before, I’d suggest waiting until after the inspection.

My current asset allocation based on age and risk tolerance not counting my primary residence is 70% stocks, 20% RE, 10% cash/bond type vehicles.
