The PM, owner or otherwise, IMO should be signing as Agent for ________/Owner.This facilitates easy migration from PM#1 to PM#2 and/or total retraction from using a PM. 

@Randall Re IIIf I read this correctly, you have not closed on the property so the only thing that you were out is the inspection fee.Quite honestly it’s not worth pursuing them in court to get that, I would just retract my offer and take my earnest money back.That advice is IF you still don’t want the house.

How have you been marketing the space, my first step with any listing is usually making sure the neighborhood knows about the availability, its usually a good bet that there is a business within 2 miles that needs to expand/retract or otherwise relocate for a variety of reasons but needs to be in the same geographical area. 

Invested $50,000 with one of their "lead investors" about a year later ...I would like to retract this statement, but the BiggerPockets site doesn't allow for it. 

A recession means our economy is retracting, which likely would result in job losses, rises in unemployment, and a lot of other negative impacts on everyday Americans. 

Btw, if you're looking for a rebuttal to this, note that when Rupert Murdoch was asked about this later in the week, his response was basically, "no comment," so they haven't retracted or denied these ties in any way, shape or form.

Is it possible to go to Sprint directly and see if you can settle it with them, if it's recent and just a single bureau, they may be able to retract it or you can send a comment to be put into that report.

We even added a 900sf clear retractible roof to conceal the lounge and pool area for inclement weather.
