I reminded him he signed a document with the trust attorney indicating he was good with the terms (it was also ~2 years after the sale had closed).  

It's a great reminder of how unpredictable real estate can be, even with thorough planning.

Continue to attempt scheduling with them and remind them that it's a response to their complaints.

I also automatically reminds you when lease is set to expire.

Each year they remind me of the annual filings.
