How polished are you at handling rejection and maintaining your confidence and optimism in your pitch to clients despite it?

I have however run into issues like transfers being rejected by Baseline (from one of my own accounts in a traditional bank) when all the information is correct.

From my understanding the brokerage they get their insurance through is rejecting the property because they believe the property to be high risk. 

Unfortunately, there is no right answer.....It depends on the specific property, it's condition and what you're planning to do with it.For example, on a distressed property that you're going to flip, if it's listed for $250k, I have offered $150kOn a prospective primary residence that is a custom home, if you offer $650k on a $750k list price, the seller will probably just reject your offer and not even counter.

I understand you tried that and it was rejected but I think you just need to keep putting offers out there. 

Offering too low gets rejected but once you are at the negotiations, then you can make something work.
