I have 30+ units and on a regular month usually only spend about 5 hours total on management things, most of which involves collecting rents and bookkeeping.

It might have been bound but many insurance companies have put those new policies on hold if the purchase has not happened due to the disaster and letting the mortgagee(lender) know that the policy is on hold.

Everything is case by case but from what I've seen you can almost never loose holding long term.

Knowing the average bP buy and hold investor this type of information would be for advanced investors that deal in the back end of real estate not the front end like most who just want to buy a house for under market rehab refi rent or flip.

Any real estate you buy here you want to hold for the rest of your life because of how many growth is projected here!
