When I was initially trying to sort this all out it was really frustrating as I felt like it was highly unlikely that I needed to recreate the wheel, so to speak, as it didn't seem like such a unique situation.

After having several discussions with other swappers, I realized that many of them are using 2nd homes, or vacation homes for additional benefits.My question for the BP community is whether there is an investment strategy anyone has used in this arena, or is it really just for recreational use of a vacation home?
