As soon as one violation is discovered, send a Notice To Quit advising them to stop/cure within your state's time mandate (mine is 3 days) or vacate the property.  

100% for 6 months is a lot of money.c) I and friends have quite a few Real Estate contacts in California.

If I took my best guess, investor rates may settle around 7.5% for quite a while.

With our unique model we allow those to scale quite quickly. 

Quite a bit more lucrative than many top US markets.

All of that eats into profit.
