Public forms are not the best place for asking legal questions since it's rare to find a unified accurate answer, so hopefully the video helps. 

It's in municipalities best interest to have this information readily available to the public so their rules are abided by. 

What did the process look like for you to obtain that LOC?

The collateral is so so and some have preferences such as certain asset classes they will invest in, but generally speaking, you can obtain an equity deal with very little skin in the game. 

At best, wholesaling may require that you obtain a minimal understanding and experience in these three “foundations”.Look, I wish you luck in your endeavor, and I sincerely hope you end up in the 1% that find wholesaling  to be a profitable business.  

I’d love to come to a meeting of the minds and a public forum probably isn’t the best place to do that.

Similarly, looking up deeds of trust, licenses, or other public loan documents, as is often recommended here, will only confirm that the company exists - not that you are speaking to a legitimate representative.

As a landlord, you are representing yourself to the public as a business.
