That is hard to gauge but it certainly is true.

If the broker has admitted that the fence and security guard clause wasn't supposed to be in there, I'd start putting pressure on them and make your situation widely known.

I would have pressure washed the driveway as well.

The increased pressure on the housing market may mean landlords see a greater number of applicants with difficult rental histories.However, all is not lost.

And the fact that there is no time limitations relieves the pressure of trying to learn everything in 90 days.
