A great President needs to be able to: - Understand fiscal policy inside and out; - Understand foreign policy in great detail; - Understand the intricate details of how the gov't works; - Be able to communicate precisely and concisely; - Have the respect of other politicians (both in her party and the other parties) who the President will rely on to get good legislation passed and bad legislation overturned; - Have strong negotiating skills; - Etc...

They are some pretty smart and LIBERAL people, If they thought it unlawful they would find a way to over turn it, but they didn't do either.

The only time I have seen a appeal for an appraisal overturned is when the appraiser didn't use the MLS and have it documented on the report. 

However, if few tangible things are done for this, then expect an over-turning in the U.S. in the future.

We are thinking whether we should invest multi family apts in California or Las Vegas..I know that Las vegas is cheaper and have more cash flow, but I heard that people in las vegas there are many overturn rates.

I have a tax sale prop in Charleston SC I  have been 3 years trying to get title clean.. we will build a 500 k plus new build so we need rock solid title insurance I was there on Wed this week and someone else mentioned this company .. going to check them out.To be fair my Dad and subsequently myself we really only bought land.. as there was little to no improved props that ever went to sale the northern CA counties we worked.. the only one that got over turned in all those years was a case were the tax collector missed the public notice time lines.. instead of 21 days she only did 20.. but it was a full blown court case so every single property that year could have been overturned.. but it would have taken a court case for each one.. once a year is up.. title is done.. but it could be bad title .. but really never had that happen to us.. as we were as stated just buying lots and acreages. 

AirBNB knows they wouldn't win a case to overturn any of Boston's regulations, as they've lost every similar battle against other cities, even in their own hometown San Francisco, so the legal precedent is extremely strong against them. 

It rewrote the requirement for establishing the required element of “hostility” and overturned dozens of previous decisions.

If not, then you would have a basis for overturning the sale and should consult with local counsel asap.

I know this seems like a rant (and it likely is) but I am interested in leveraging all resources at my disposal as a Realtor and as a member of the Apple Valley Community and attempt to fight to overturn the vote to change these ordinances.
